In the heart of BlueCity, next to the BlueCity Lab, you'll find the FoodHub. One of the tenants here, is Sean Patrick. With his company Gabanna Foodworks, he creates the most delicious local pasta with the purpose of making people enjoy good food and raising awareness about the impact of their choices. Gabanna Foodworks develops unique pastas made from ancient crops and heritage plans. "We focus on production support for local regenerative farmers who are looking for ways to add value to their diverse harvest. Right now we are still in a pilot phase looking at how to get a micro-factory working and as efficient as possible," Sean explains.
